In the normal situation of being able to provide a service to you we will retain your data for 1 year and automatically archive your data after this period has expired. Any paper documents are shredded on site during this 1-year period. Please note you may ask for your data to be deleted. You may also object or place restrictions on us processing your data. Should you wish us to continue working on your behalf after 1 year we will need your consent for us to do so.

You will indemnify and hold Job Genie websites harmless for any and all liability howsoever arising (to the fullest extent allowed by law) which Job Genie may incur should you use the Jobgeniecanada.com database of Candidate Profiles or other data about individuals derived from this website for any other purpose other than that for which they were provided.
You understand and consent that in order to facilitate the recruitment process on your behalf, Job Genie may forward your details to clients at their sole discretion, and additionally display promotional excerpts from your details on the Jobgeniecanada.com website. You agree and accept that your present employer may access the Jobgeniecanada.com website and you unconditionally waive any and all claims you may have against Job Genie as a result of any loss you may suffer as a result of the information being displayed on these websites.
Job Genie makes no representation or warranty as to the final terms and duration of any appointment obtained through this Site. You waive any claims against Job Genie for failure to find you such appointment or in relation to the terms or duration of any appointment.
